Bring people with you

branding and event photography

how can I help lift the load?

Putting yourself out there to provide a product or a service for other people is a huge deal and not only do you want your photography to reflect that, you need it to do that. Having the right kind of images to tell the story of your brand is vital.

It’s important to remember that you just can’t be everywhere. Bringing me on board as your branding or event photographer is about working in partnership to ensure that you have the headspace to focus on other things.

It’s very much your story. Everything you’ve built and worked for, right here in these pictures.

I’m looking forward to helping you tell it.

Getting you in the shots is vital. You might not have a preference for being in front of the camera, but this is your story, it can’t be told without you. I’ve got you.

I’ll work with you to support that process and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

My approach to working with you…

Flexibility is key - maybe you know exactly what you want, or maybe you don’t have a clue what you need. Before we do the shoot, we’ll sit down and talk about your brand values and how we can best use the time we have to reflect them for you. It can help to have this pre-meet in the location where possible, so we can walk some ideas through together.

Three simple reasons you need this…

Avoiding stock imagery - build your own bank of pictures that tell your story, not the outcome of generic google search.

Keeping consistency through your website, marketing and socials - help people to recognise your brand every time they see it.

Lifting the mental load of constantly trying to create content - it’s a lot. Hire me to help you put together a library of content that will mean you’re free to focus on other things. You’ll move from spending your time looking for something that might work, to having a raft of images that will.

“I used Sarah for my branding photography and also for a family shoot. From the start, Sarah was super easy to get along with and helped keep me organised in the lead up to the shoot! I was initially worried that my home wouldn't lend itself well to being photographed, but boy was I surprised! I now have a wonderful bank of images to choose from and my website has been given a whole new lease of life. Thank you Sarah for everything. I will be back year after year!”

“Sarah was a joy to work with on this. We were immediately at ease and had to keep reminding ourselves to stop nattering and laughing and get back to the job in hand. I often looked round to find her on the floor, setting up a scene. She worked with purpose, focus and vision and got stuck in and cared about each shot. Most importantly, Sarah connects intellectually with the subject and their story and uses her technical knowledge to bring these elements together.”

“Sarah did a brand shoot for my business. We chatted a bit via instagram DM's and then met for a coffee and a chat before the shoot to talk through the vibe and aesthetic I was looking for. I really felt like she 'got' what Hannah Weston Jewellery was about - Sarah is so down to earth and coming from a teaching back ground like myself we got on (get on!) really well.

When she arrived on the day of the shoot, the first thing she did was take her shoes off - I loved that! She'd made herself at home and she just cracked on, taking pictures while I worked.

There was a lot of laughter - a couple of times she had to ask me to dial down the joy so she could take a pic - I think that says it all - it was so much fun! Highly recommend Sarah. Thank you for such wonderful photos lovely lady.”
